I'm from Toronto but had extended periods of work life in NYC and SF (and down the peninsula) from 1998 - 2018. In way, during that period, would I take Toronto over Manhattan or Vancouver over SF. Not even close and i be happy to break it down by every element from culture, location, activities, to economics.

I worked in the USA for two years. I probably attach too much value to strippers.

He doesn't have a full time one, neither does Chretien. They just get them for events, usually just one guy.

People are missing some things here. This isn't exactly a good thing the way things have gone down. Government is now shut down with Trump about to slap 25% tariffs on us. We have no way to deal with our border situation in order to try to come to a resolution with the US. This could potentially be the most damaging move Trudeau has pulled in his entire career.

Then there is the fact that he didn't actually resign. He intends to resign as he says. There is nothing legally binding him to do so. He could be concocting god knows what in the interim to remain. It wouldn't be impossible for him to wiggle his way back into leadership.

This may be stupid to ask, but faced with the issue why can't you temporarily close the border to migrants and staff the American Border where the populations are to stop the leak? Or at least try to for optics?
