bros will doing the bas rutten work outs once a week catabolize my heard earned muscle gains? based on what i've read going too high on the heart rate causes your body to catabolize muscle for energy along with fat.

Is there anywhere to get this in the UK without having to pay horrendous amounts for shipping from the US?

Just got mine off EBay.

basrutten.tv seems to be a bit slow and there are reports of the service being poor. Apparently Sherdog's service is good, but I don't have a credit card.

Looking forward to Bas making me puke!


Oh, and to those who download it - I have no problem downloading stuff, but I like to support products that I consider to be worth the money. For me, downloading is a try-before-you-buy deal.

Besides, the thought of stealing from Bas makes my liver hurt

Couldnt find any that i didnt have to pay loads for shipping, so, i got it via the stealing way :icon_cry2, while it was downloading i went ahead and made myself some home-made liver protectors from saucepans and reinforced steel, just in case Bas takes exception :icon_chee
