Bros i did the thaiboxing workout today for the 1st time, 2 min rounds for 30 mins. I did it barefoot in my living room on a tile floor, now my feet are covered in blisters :icon_cry2 it wasnt that bad though, i didnt get exhausted but it was a nice moderate workout. I was able to get maybe 70% of the combos. Very fun. ONce my blisters heal i will do 3 min rounds.
