From this angle it looks like it's missing the groin and hitting the thigh
Nah that was ALL dick

That’s why guys should throw moves that don’t hit the nuts.
This makes no sense. What?would you be mad at a fighter for
Faking NOT being hurt?
He did, you're allowed to knee the thigh (and weakly on top of that). It was trash reffing, trash judging and a milking opponent.Follow the rules and this won’t happen
If you’re allowed to knee the thigh then why was the fight stopped? It didn't.

He must have hit him in the nuts.
stop Being cute. You know what I’m saying.
I hate these yan type fighters who can’t
Follow rules and love cheating
2 judges incorrectly gave Romanov the first round. Romanov won the second round and Espino won the third. You judge the fight up until the end so you score until it ended....which Juan was on top the majority of the round.
The ref never took a point off for the foul so how did Romanov win?!?
Nah. He wasLol man, he faked a nut shot and then over-acted. The ref is going off his reaction, the rules have holes that allow this because the ref can't know if the guy is pretending or not. Upon review, his reaction is not even close to proportional to the strike, which doesn't even look like it lands on the cup and carries very little power, so it's pretty obvious. He's an undefeated fighter with some hype who was gasing and getting outwrestled. Didn't want to take an L, or wanted an excuse for his L.
No, I honestly have no clue what you meant by that.
He didn't break any rules, it's worse than the Yan fight. Look at the Prograis vs Redkach finish from last night. Guy was losing and completely faked a nut shot. They took him out in a stretcher and he didn't even get hit, it was ridiculous. The ref called it a low blow because he didn't see it. Very similar situation. He still lost, but he wanted to save face by not getting finished. In this case, he even got a cheap win due to shitty judges.
Nah. He was
Blasted in the
Balls and couldn’t get up.
It’s almost as if u can’t believe what your own eyes saw. Are you high?
Ah. I see. Thanks man.2 judges incorrectly gave Romanov the first round. Romanov won the second round and Espino won the third.
His m.o. was to make 20 pro khabib threads a day to the point to make people hate him. Like 10 threads a day,and shit on any other fighters that werent him or ngannou. For me when I see a brand new account just come in talking all kinds of shit. Or totally dick riding a guy like Conor. Or hating heavily on a legend. The red flags go up. I imagine it works that way for the mods, too.
You’re right. That guy sucked.
He couldn’t get it. Get kneed by a hw and come Back to meI'm more sober than Jeff Novitzky brah. Lol man, you need an optometrist if that's your take after seeing the video and seeing the guy's complete reaction. It was ridiculous haha.
"An opponent that nobody wanted to fight against, undefeated favorite in the betting and everyone saw what happened. I accept the result but really the opponent did not measure up not only in a fair manner but also morally. I don't even want to talk about the judges."
I still think he's really good, but he needs to improve his cardio.@Matthew Fedler Is Romanov still the best HW prospect in all orgs? LMAO
Well the rules say they have to score the incomplete round, but 10-10 is an option. Seems kind of unfair to score a round based on one minute but Espino definitely won that minuteFight should have been scored after the first two rounds imo. Kinda silly to score the third a minute in. Draw would have been respectable.
It wasn't the first time Romanov got put on his back, one of his other fights I was watching that went after the 1st round he looked very sloppy and was put on his back like Espino showed in their fight. Espino was a great underdog pick for a draft/bet really unfortunate what happened.I still think he's really good, but he needs to improve his cardio.
Also, Espino was probably the first opponent who ever put him on his back. Some guys can't handle being the nail, so he's got to prove he's got the mental toughness.
What do you mean? Looked like he hit him in the groin to me.
Dealt with adversity and came back to win. It wasn’t pretty, but I think there’s a decent chance that Espino turns out to be the Tibau to Romanov’s Khabib — ie. a particularly difficult stylistic match up that even better overall fighters in the division don’t present to him.@Matthew Fedler Is Romanov still the best HW prospect in all orgs? LMAO
