Allistair Overeem didn't test positive for steroids either so was he not taking sterioids either until proven otherwise?

Male fighters getting caught with Clomid were roiding. That's why you get a suspension for it even though it itself is not performance enhancing. So it's clear enough proof to draw the conclusion that Jones was roiding and merit a suspension.
