Well if what Chael was saying was not factually right. I don't think they'd be asking him to stop. A lawyer would have sent him a letter ordering him to stop or get sued.

Chael could be lying but he just said that Machida was banned after he told USADA that he took x supplement that he found out had y banned substance. They banned him. Then the tests came back clean.

I don't know if Chael is right or wrong but that's what he said.
