If Aspinal was some bum not fit to breathe the same air as Jon (as he claims) then Jon wouldn't be demanding big bucks for fighting him
Jones is negotiating the price for him to take an unambiguous L and not retire an undefeated champion. So it does deserve a good payday but frankly Dana should just pay it at this point. There's not really much more to be gained from dragging this out for longer. People now give a shit about HW, the fight have been successfully sold, now it's time for it to occur before people stop caring
If Jones doesn't intend to fight Tom then it's a bit unclear what he's accomplishing by staying in UFC. Just pulling a paycheck? Or salty about Tom calling him a duck and staying out of spite?
