I’m getting the feeling that if Jon isn’t fighting several times a year he doesn’t have an outlet or release for his sociopathic or self destructive behavior. He likely uses alcohol and street drugs to self medicate, which actually has a backwards effect. It’s evident that naturally he has violent tendencies, that has been made perfectly clear, but the self sabotage is spiraling out of control, it’s honestly sad to see. I hope that he is able to get the help he needs before the inevitable happens if he continues on his present trajectory.

On a side note did noone else notice the statement that when the police arrived they found a woman sitting in the passenger seat naked as s jaybird from the waist down? Did he run off with her knickers or did she just not have any when she got in the car?

She's drunk, on shrooms, and without pants because of 'a restroom incident that required a change'... so she either shat or pissed herself.

Her description really paints the picture of a 'reliable witness,' but Jones past counter balances all that back into the believable.

I still think charges will be limited. DUI is tough to prove after the fact, esp when the person wasn't there for tests, etc. DUI via he-said-she-said is prob not all that common.

As far as the continued "why's he get leaving the scene and not hit and run..." they're basically interchangeable in NM from what I've read (not a lawyer). Since it was single car property damage no major injury or death, it's a misdemeanor.

Let's face it, even X offense DUI without injury isn't putting Jones in jail for any 'real time.' That is essentially a haters pipe dream.

Damn, if there are sober witnesses that confirm he ran from the crash, then he should be facing automatic DUI charges.

I'm not sure what New Mexico's laws are, but most places in the civilized world will automatically charge you with DUI if you flee the scene and there is evidence to suggest you were intoxicated.
