doubt it, that guy is, funnily enough, too small.

he looks big because he's tall and all of his muscle mass is in his shoulders and arms. but look at his legs.

he's also only like 350lbs, most of the strongmen who are near his height are easily over 400lbs. him being taller, he'd probably have to weigh close to 500lbs to gain the same girth and mass.
