Ukraine is negotiating with IMF about next additional loans pakcage ~8.1 b $.

I will explain that IMF always reccomends the same things and nothing had changed for IMF 40 years in row. Nothing.
They doesn't have experience with succesful loans for countries in war so are 100% noobs and diletants in such situations. Reality.

So casual IMF advises are to privatize gov owned properties in order to get $ for budget.
However in countries in war or recently after war such properties does have low market price. Maybe building had market price 1m, now does have short term real market price 100 k ....
Plus majority of most valuable stuff had been privatized and sold long before huelensky took office....LONG before....

And to increase budget income by rising tariffs, duties payments, fees, VAT, excise tax, income tax etc stuff.

Plus usually is reccomended gradually devalue national currency in order to reduce import and increase export.

If to talk about Russia, Taliban offer is really more effective than nuke vs russia. However S 300 system does have xx versions and only some (!) V versions launchers does have just 2 missiles TK ( containers ) .... usually other types from S 300 does have 4 containers on one TEL ( launcher ).

Version with just 2 containers on launcher is using most expensive missiles from S 300 family : these are very expensive, mainly intended to counter ballistic missiles and fast aerodynamic targets........

S 300 V does have 4 iterations, latest two are more or lesser actual today.
Their development had been started to finance when Gorbachev ordered to sign financing bills for this.

BTW unfortunately ukr doesn't have any latest S 300 V iterations.
vs these stuff like Mig 31 if in engagement range does have 0 chances. 0 hope.
They might shot down also Thocka U, Lance, Pershing. wh. etc but with not 100% chances....

Number of missiles for V latest iterations is limited cos they are very expensive. Iskander is cheap if compare with these....really cheap ....

When I was supporting F-15Es in Iraq they would hit Iraqi sam systems and the missiles would go flying all over the place. They were a little different though, it was 3-4 missiles sitting on a rack.

TEL with 3 open missiles without containers on a rack is KUB SAM.
TEL with 4 open missiles without containers on a rack is BUK family SAM.

S 300 always does have cylindrical containers.... missile before launch is in container from where it is also launched.

Also openly on rack are S 125 missiles, 2 or 4 openly visible missiles on rack. These usually are stationary, however some stuff might been installed on wheeled or tracked chassis.

As for SAM systems, battery does have multiple launchers and CP/ KP plus radars...one or multiple radars.



Radars are most vulnerable part of SAM systems because even if radar antenna isn't smashed completely, still with damage impacting geometry just a bit, radar is DISABLED, will not function normally.

Radars are even more fragile than command/ control or communications posts....not alone launchers...


If SAM system uses separate radars as mandatory part for egagement .... then IF radars are disabled, launchers and CP/ KP are ....useless.....

ABMs are these where 2 cylindrical containers. These are longer and most expensive missiles ( these where 2 containers on TEL ) ...

Other iterations of S 300 family uses wheeled launchers ....and 4 missiles per 1 TEL, cylindrical containers....
