All that your screen shots show is the man thrusting his chest out and sticking his chin out and upwards. His arms were in that position because he was thrusting his chest out. Typical untrained lay person body dynamics of a man upset at being unceremoniously pushed aside by a stranger in a bar and complaining about it not realising that the stranger is on such a short fuse that he would immediately explode in a burst of violence that would leave him unconscious. That is not the body posture of someone about to throw a punch.

Anther unfortunately thing your screenshot shows is just how much bigger and trained lokkkg schilling is compared to his victim. Just compare how relaxed was shillings posture facing the drunk - he didn't feel threatened at all ad was very comfortable with the confrontation. Innfsct it looked like he was looking forward to what was coming immediately after that frame.
