Joe Schilling Assault pre meditated??

Firstly the drunk didn't throw any punch whether from too far away or at all. He didn't threaten any violence. There was nothing to merit self defence. All the drunk did was posture up to look more macho and have words with schilling. Nothing to deserve being physically attacked.

I agree that Joe went overboard but at one point you can see the guy do a sort of fake at Joe like he's going to come at him. That could be seen as making a threatening motion towards someone. Not 100% sure though and really the courts\cops will have the final word but I wouldn't be surprised if that's how it's viewed by the law.

Next the clip doesn't show if there was any security in the bar. Further would u as the security mess with a pro kickboxer who has just ko a patron? U Could be next. We recall how Alistair overeem once took on a few bouncers in a bar.

Also the clip doesn't show the end as it ended. The bar could have asked him nicely to leave. The other patrons could have started screaming or getting upset. The clip ended before that would have registered. We did see the woman who had who had friendly with the drunk rush to his side immediately after schilling ko him. That shows that she was worried for him.
Probably because Joe and his friend who recorded it ran off to post the video on his IG.

Just curious on how there's such good footage/angle for this bar knockout? Did Joe post the original? therefore recording it himself and premedtating the assault? video just seems to well and Joes a piece of shiit for his coward punch, you'd think someone as decorated as him would have a more reasonable head on his shoulders..
Are you serious? That guy yelled Hey in public at Joe Schilling. Doesn’t he know who Joe Schilling is? You don’t just yell at someone after they push you. Idk who that guy thinks he is, but Joe is an alpha, and you do not question him, especially in front of other people, where it could be mistaken, that he is not an alpha.

the judge will have much to frown upon
Yep,

Professional fighter, bigger than that guy, his tee-shirt, bragging about it on social media, past history.

The drunk could sink Joe financially if he wants to. Never mind that Joe will most like do jail time, have a record and be shit out of luck if his time is short and he wants to continue fighting (meaning he'll lose opportunities to fight out of the usa because of the record).

There is another cropped clip that shows his feet position. Schilling didn't flinch or react at all to the drunks movement. From the moment he turned around to approach the drunk he smoothly moved into posiion for the combo. He moves his weight onto his rear left foot and his right foot is propped on the balls of that foot. As the drunk lifts his chin and thrusts his chest out in a typical macho posturing move that causes his arms to be swept behind his torso (and making a punch even more impractical particularly for an untrained guy), schilling lifted his right foot and takes a step to go outside the drunks leading foot and goes into southpaw. As he lands on that foot he torques into a short right hook to aim at the exposed chin. He finishes off as planned with the second punch. Both punches completed with textbook technique.

Schilling meant to do what he did regardless of what the drunk was doing. He was not threatened in the least by the drunk.

Also this all seems pretty conspicuous how the camera had sound going before and after Joe approached the drunk guy, but not during. I have a feeling the friends recording were saying something like “check this out” or “this guys gonna get knocked out”. Probably some incriminating audio in the unedited video.

The guy said words to him then gestures with his shoulder. Joe was the one that made physical contact with the guy twice. The guy never touched Joe. Joe turned around and came at the guy aggressively. Joe even posted the video and an explanation about how the guy was being an asshole all night, so it being videod and hai explanation make it seem like it’s premeditated, and Joe had his mind made up before the guy gestured his shoulder. I’m not defending the drunk guy, because he seemed like a dbag, but Joe is the one who escalated then initiated contact. Wrong on all accords and he needs to be punished to set an example that as a trained fighter you can’t just go around KOing random cans. It looks bad for the sport and sets a bad example.

Joe thought playing the “he wuz racist” card would give him a virtue signaling free pass to brutalize a tiny little drunk guy who posed no threat to him whatsoever. If this isn’t a work, I hope he gets jail time and brutally KO’d in every remaining future fight.

You can tell the drunk dude knew he was being recorded when the waiter blocks the view you can see the drunk dude move to the side while looking at the camera. That’s when joe shilling shoved him aside.

I don’t know if it was his friends or some random person. Also, Joe did mentioned he was coming from a smoke break outside and probably had an altercation with him on his way out to smoke. The person probably saw Joe shilling coming back and took the phone out hoping to catch some action.

Joe shilling about to get a first class ticket to Con air
This is the most logical reply.

I’d agree that it’s a bad look and a bad decision of Joe to do what he did given his credentials but apparently dude was saying racist shit to the waitstaff there.. IF that’s the case then he got what he had coming. To many people to happy to talk crazy to people aren’t in a position to correct them.

Joe’s own explanation was that he was singing the lyrics to a rap song that was playing. That’s not racist, yes it would be offensive, but I don’t think he needed to have his dome caved in for being obnoxious. And why does Joe feel the need to be everyone’s hero? He’s a trained fighter the exact one who should not be involved in bar fights, because he could really hurt/kill someone.

I'm sure all of that is true I don't know didn't analyze it that much. What I'm saying is that the motion that guy makes can be considered a threatening motion. Regardless of how anyone reacts or any of that when you go to court they will look at how you were reacting. Were you making threatening motions like you were going to attack someone? In this case it could be argued he was.

Joe is a walking piece of trash with the IQ of a potato chip. He can't win a fight in a ring or a cage, so he apparently has decided to start sucker punching old people in bars. I lost a LOT of brain cells when I listened to that moron on Rogan's podcast.
If you haven't listened to it, you should check it out. I honestly couldn't believe how batshit crazy, psychotic, and delusional he seems to be.
He better hope he doesn't run into Hisaki Kato in a bar...

no.

Got it from the friend of the victim that recorded and posted it. Try to keep up.

You really think he got some guy to just record something where he planned to break the law. And then post it for the world to see? Where he appears to be the biggest douche, and coward in the world.

Quit playing checkers, you will never be ready to play chess.
Why the hell would the victim's friend give that kind of footage to Joe? That is an absurdly dumb thing to assume. Do you have any idea what logic is?

How do you know it was one of his friends that said that? Might have been Joe’s friend who was recording it.
I was implying that I thought it was one of Joe's friends that casually said it like they knew it was going to happen. I wouldn't be suprised if Joe told them to start recording because he was going to knock this guy out if he tried to get tough. The only person I saw with the drunk guy was that chick and she flipped aswell as a few other people. Either this happens all the time with Joe and his friends are a bit used to him knocking random fools out or they were waiting for it. Looked and sounded to me like they were waiting for it.

Someone was probably recording a drunk fool at the bar...

Little did "the drunk fool" know that Angry Joe was walking back after being rejected a hand job by another gentleman inside the bathroom and took his anger out on the goofy bastard.

Poor guy... <WellThere>
Actually it was nicotine withdraw as Joe was heading outside for a smoke break.
