He has mentioned "they" a handful of times in June in front of the cameras.

Can someone within the press corps ask this simple question?

They = "the people who are running this country".

his counsellors i would expect. every high ranking politician has a bunch of people that work in his cabinet and that prepare his files for meetings such as this. they probably gave him a list of people that he is supposed to talk to, people that are probably agreed upon before. as to the quality of the questions of those people, and how much "friendly" their questions would be, we can all assume. and it's obvious a 80 year old man needs a list cause he won't remember them.

I know he tried to make the parallel between Boris and Trump. But, I feel like we are more in a realm of seeing Joe Biden as America's Boris Johnson:

He has made a career out of being a benign goofball. Therefore, we let our guard down.

Heck, calling him "Uncle Joe" has been a term of endearment for decades in DC.

I have posted this clip from 2004 (Daily Show with Jon Stewart) a couple of times here on sherdog.

Joe looks right at Jon and said that he has been full of sh*t for years and that his campaign has been based on a false narrative.

For some reason, Jon laughs at that comment from Joe. It's as if being self-aware of being full of sh*t is seen as endearing and refreshing.

I am not sure how American (and British) voters can honestly be swindled into thinking incompetence/goofiness is endearing for elected officials.

Each day, I am more confident in simply not voting the top of the ballot come November. I will just vote for the local elections and for the House and Senate.

Haven't we moved beyond "I'll vote for that guy because I could see him having a beer with me."?

Why such illiterates as John Oliver are allowed to be "hosts/achors" is beyond me.
Let alone electing the demented for the highest post in a country...

One was him talking on a podium at a public event when it wasn't time to speak. Doctor Jill came and moved him along. It was a real dementia moment.



It's hard to find recent videos as YouTube deletes them.

The second was him telling school children, "My job is to avoid answering questions from the press." Also, who is the idiot that keeps scheduling him around kids? Just let Doctor Jill do that.
