as crazy as that sounds without context, I was looking it up and apparently he was speaking in support of investing money into some train infrastructure for a train route called portal bridge thats notorious for having delays. So with that in mind, I think if just switch "computer" to "commuter" then it all makes sense, he just probably slurred that one word.

he's not much of a speaker though. sometimes when joe biden speaks i start to wonder if he's just had a stroke. sometimes when donald trump speaks i start to wonder if i'm having a stroke.

but lol at the computer gaffe. i guess they should probably take the teleprompter away from him, but he might have an aneurysm. poor joe's getting old. the other day i seen the video of him holding the invisible podium and all of the memes that arose from that and after seeing the jetpack joe video edit i was rolling over lol.
