Violating FCC regulations is up to interpretation in most cases. It's why networks have fought them in the past, instead of folding like ABC did here. And those fights took place in legit legal settings. The FCC wasn't even officially involved here. A guy said some shit on a podcast.

I have been consistent in my messaging on this issue and will continue to do so. I wouldn’t care if ABC fired Kimmel for any reason at all. Private company, it’s their right.

I've said before, the biggest failing of the left is their inability to understand the pendulum always swings the other way eventually.

He didn’t lie, but that’s actually neither here nor there. To win defamation you have to prove they knew they were lying. Guess what? Tucker knew he was lying, that he was hurting that company, and it was all provable because he put it in his emails.
