I concede you're a moron and not worth taking the time to respond too, especially on topics your dumbass tries to discuss

You should probably put me back on ignore, because I'm gonna call your bullshit out when I see it. It's fun. Oh noes people liked my posts who agree you're a moron.

You deserve a big ole American cock slapping you.

Nah, it's more interesting to watch for the day you look like an even more pathetic try hard troll than you do now.

Happy Friday, loser.

It's rare Trump gets shown what he did was a bridge too far. We need more of this.

And this is why he sends out trial balloons. If he had gotten away with it, it would have been somebody else next, and then someone else, until only his pathetic sycophants were on television. Everything this piece of shit does needs the same kind of push-back. Boycott. Protest. Obstruct. Call him out on his fascist bullshit loudly, and publicly. Every fucking time.

This is why we get so pissed at people and companies that capitulate to him. It only gets worse when they do.

I guess I was wrong about how much federal cock they were willing to suck to get their merger deal done.

Their local viewership tanked.

It's always the bottom line driving these decisions.

Funny that right-wingers never caught onto that RE the entire "cancel culture" debate.

They spent years crying about censorship because they couldn't openly post slurs and bully people on social media, but the reality was that advertisers have no interest investing money in a platform that's an open sewer like Twitter is now.

That's because they're idiots. They think millions of people boycotting something they don't agree with (which is one of the most American things you can do) is the same as the President of the United States trying to force private companies and individuals to do something by leveraging the power of the Federal Government (which is one of the least American things you can do).

I haven't looked that closely but I don't think they "folded".

They have a contract with Disney, and probably don't want to play with that. Disney also has a lot of face to save in this and right out of the gate I heard some lawyers talking about how beyond the contractually permitted number of pre-empts, networks would find themselves in clear breech.

Cant wait to go back to 144k views as a massive W for Kimmel

I imagine his ratings have been failing in general as that entire model is fossilized, but his return had HUGE ratings and they probably made unexpected bank.

His staff still having jobs is a win whether you agree with his or their politics, or not. There's plenty of talking heads on the air who either don't make money or garner huge ratings. FS1 could wipe the slate clean if they chose and no one would notice, lol.

They were demanding that Kimmel read an apology directly to Kirk's family and that he donate to TPUSA before they would air his show again.

They also wanted ABC and the FCC to take direct action to crack down the producers of ABC's shows.

None of that happened.

They folded.

They made nothing outside of their current deal. One show is irrelevant. I doubt this show lasts another 2 years.

All you guys managed to do was make him the voice of free speech.

You raised his profile into the stratosphere, excellent work.

He's been talking about moving on for ages now, he'll now have far more options.

Talking of stratosphere, my elderly step dad in England now knows who Kimmel is. He and I never discussed before that I watch him.

idk who you guys are, but alright

again, you're taking one emotional reaction and assuming its a launching point

this is a retarded ass take

wait 2 months and see if anything sticks, wait 6 months and see if anything is in the works, wait a year to see if anything actually happens
