But what is the conflict of the interests? In a jury trial, it's very clear- you are biased and either of the two sides of the case can have you removed if they want you removed.

Ordering an investigation (as part of your job) into the death of a person your father once employed...what is the actual problem? Where is the conflict? Who is getting an unfair shake? How so? Describe the problem. You still can't seem to answer.
