No, and you're trolling again. There may have been a murder or an "I'm not going to stop him" suicide. Those are possible and it's reasonable to be suspicious of that. However there is absolutely no evidence for any of that, and the priors suggest that this was far more likely a suicidal person committing suicide without there being a criminal conspiracy to murder him or enable the suicide.

hes not wrong tho. im a CO. in NY (not MCC tho) if he was on suicide watch he would have been placed on watch every 15 minutes and an officer would have been assigned to him (we know he wasn't placed on suicide watch).

From what we know, it's most likely that he was on suicide watch and then something about his status changed (there are conflicting things being reported too). Is there an incremental process or is it just an on/off thing with no intermediate distinctions or restrictions? Also, are procedures standardized across NY facilities? They aren't standardized nationally.

It's certainly not out of the question that uber wealthy end up getting into deranged things moreso than the average person and there would be money in providing that, but promoting people that are 'compromised' is also a thing to make sure they don't step out of line. No better way than to have implicating evidence of :eek::eek::eek::eek:philia really.

What the case really is, well who knows. Eipstein's ring I am sure will never truly be exposed.

He was removed from suicide watch on July 29 and returned to the special housing unit, a segregated area of the prison with extra security, this person said.

The authorities did not immediately explain why he was taken off suicide watch. The F.B.I. said it was investigating, and Attorney General William P. Barr said in a statement that a special inquiry would be opened into what had happened.

If someone wanted him dead or there was foul play involved, there wouldn't have been a second suicide attempt.

once an inmate is placed on suicide watch, he isn't taken off until a mental health clinician/doctor finds that he is no longer a risk to himself. inmates on suicide watch are housed in mental observation units until the MH clinician says otherwise. when theyre cleared, said inmate is placed back in General Population
