It’s still amazing to me that they were able to work with the elements of the ocean to create a 25 foot mechanical shark swim and eventually breach then have a fishing boat they could break and sink on command. It’s some timeless compared to a CGI shot that would have no soul or feel to it.Sorry but you can see a rod under the shark s fin. And the shark looks like rubber from the side.
dont forget tremors and big trouble in little china man!!!Jaws, Rocky, Pulp Fiction, The Big Lebowski, Ghostbusters, and The Goonies have been the movies in my life I can never turn down. Jaws is up there as far as greatest monster movies of all time
That avi, nice.Only movies I have watched more are the Sword in the Stone and Bloodsport.
I have to go all the way back to Catch Me If You can for a movie he directed that I really enjoyed it. Hell you could go all the way back to Saving Private Ryan for his last movie that truly felt epic. His back 9 have been pretty disappointing for me at least.Supreme film making, Spielberg peaked early, as did Tarantino.

It helps when you have stuff thats just constantly entertaining rather than going for a long buildup I'd say, you can jump into it at any point.
Ghostbusters
Big Trouble In Little China
Raiders of the Lost Ark
All of those I'v probably seen 30+ times.
Yes. Tremors is criminally underrated.dont forget tremors and big trouble in little china man!!!
