News Jalin Turner Retires After Loss @ UFC 313

I really wanted to become a big fan, but he's a low-IQ fighter with good skills. Instead of retiring, he might need a change of gyms and coaches.

I mean….at least his career isnt/wasn’t going the same as Bobby/King Greenes currently is. He has that example to look towards at least. Surprising he’s giving up this early, but he’ll likely be back.

Why retire over that? He looked good and just got caught on the ground. It happens. Not like he was blasted to the shadow realm or anything.

Can't see this lasting long. Expect him to show up in a different promotion before the end of the year.

Very hot and cold fighter

He could've been great

On that note, I'm not surprised.

No he couldn't have. That frame would never succeed at 155lbs for obvious reasons and at 170lbs where he's more naturally suited he fled the division after getting his shit rocked.

Don't retire yet! Rematch with Green and retire after that

1. Don't kill yourself making weight at LW
2. Fight non-ranked cans at WW (or go to another org where the competition is shittier)
3. Profit!

Hes moving to SlapDown

He's a good fighter. I've seen him perform really well... as well as not perform well. He's made some bone head choices. But I feel he still has great potential

He got caught in a submission and made a brash and emotional choice. Of course he was really dusappointed

But I like seeing the Tarantula

Guy seems to have made $119,000 at UFC 300 and I found some source saying he made $150,000 for 313 (no idea how accurate)

He's not retiring.

Well I guess if he knew 100% certain he would get cut that kind of changes it but you'd guess whatever bag he could get for a night of fighting in another promotion is going to top coaching or some shit..
