I finished my bachelor Food Technology & Production at the HAS University of Applied Sciences last year, aswell as earning my Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt (not BJJ-belt, lol). I’m now working for MARS, it’s my first ever full-time job.

I'm a private chef... Parties, weddings, or pimping goods for people. This weekend I'm doing a live cooking demo/dishes for a rolling 20x spread 4x per day for 4x days, in 2 weeks time I'm interviewing another bunch of chefs while they cook on stage, and in a month's time they got me going to some random town to cook BBQ food on a brand-name gas BBQ and explain how the BBQ works to a bunch of corporate clients... Tbh I'm more of a show-pony these days than a workhorse - my back is pretty shot up, but I'm good at talking food.

Basically I work within food. I also grind hours making desserts for a friend's deli, and am trying to open a small food experience holiday in Spain, but things move so slowly there and brexit really fucked that shit up for me there so I'm rethinking...

Summer/Spring is my busy time. This has been a long winter in which I was less than productive while my post count soared... Looking forward to some action.
