One movie I've been meaning to track down is something I loved as a kid but haven't seen since, it's a Howling sequel not sure which one but the story is about like circus sideshow freaks vs werewolves, I remember it was pretty awesome.

That's Howling 6, The Freaks - I watched it a couple months back it's still the best of the sequels for me

Odd little movie but still enjoyable after all this time

Time after Time is great, I remember being gutted watching it for the first time though as I thought it was straight up horror, but it's so much more. Really good movie.
Along the same lines, but waaaaay worse, but equally waaaaay more awesome...

fucking love that movie, I watched it again a few days ago

I really like the 1st and 2nd Omen movies, but I never enjoyed the third one. The little kid in number two is an awesome monster

Was telling the wife about this thread and Cable Hogue. (One of her top all time movies, which is a bit odd for a Chinese lady) Now I want to re-watch that. I've had 3 copies of it on DVD, all gone due to loaning them out never to return. Have Samurai Cop on order, looks like a great movie to watch on LSD!

Samurai Cop will make you feel high even if you don't take anything!

Love watching movies slightly stoned though, not too much to distract my attention, but enough to make me notice everything and really get lost in it.
And then fall asleep after 15 minutes!

I'm going to a Halloween party dressed as Michael himself. I've got the mask from Halloween 2018 and a blue boiler suit. I'll watch the OG Halloween and H18 to get myself psyched for the party

Pretty straight forward movie but overall a pretty decent movie that takes place on Halloween..

I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed it. I'll be watching it as soon as it makes its debut on the Shudder streaming service later this month.

People Under the Stairs is a VERY underrated Horror movie IMO

I tracked down dvds of Arachnophobia and the original Stepfather. Its about the same price as renting VOD and nice to have these, you never see stuff like this on Netflix or Prime. Arachnophobia has aged very well. Stepfather there's not much to it but Terry Oquinn puts in one of my favorite performances

I remember not liking Halloween 4-5 very much back in the day, felt like they were watered down wannabe Friday 13th movies with half the charm/humor and none of the tits. But I just finished part 4 on blu ray and really enjoyed it, it's way better than I remembered. Only thing I didn't like was how Michael looked, from his build to his mask he just looked off and weird in this whole movie.
