Yes the Project for a New American century. I've read it in it's entirety like 20+ years ago. Basically it was an imperialistic and super pro Israel project with most of it's signatories being very close or part of the AIPAC and the Israel lobby in North America. Those includes Dick Cheney , Perle , Wolfowitz , Kristol , Bolton , Rumsfeld , Kagan , Abrham , Armitage etc

I've also read An End to Evil by Richard Perle. This was basically a blueprint for what is happening today. It's crazy

Bottom line is : North America eats into the hand of Israel either for religious (christian zionists and reconstructionists etc) or geopolitical reasons.
