Impeachable offense that would get bi-partisan support as well. If he does this, and we somehow lose some military personnel, I do think there is a very distinct possibility he is impeached. Hell, there might even be a criminal element to it with how politized he has made everything/ everyone. Granted I don't know the law that well, but there would have to be some type of liability if you break the constitution AND get military personnel killed.

Iran is obviously not innocent in that they fund proxies but the whole point of funding proxies is to avoid direct conflict. If supporting proxies was cause for war then Assad would've been justified in attacking Turkey or the US but no one saw it that way.

Israel is escalating because the current PM sees it as necessary for his political survival and he had radical ministers who see the chance for war and don't care who has to pick up the tab for it.

I know I keep posting this, but its so insane that people need to see exactly what Israel is doing as far as propaganda goes to try and get Americans on board with going to war.

The President can deploy any troops wherever he wants for whatever reason and directly into combat as long as he tells Congress within 48hrs and the action can't last longer than 60 days.

I think what Trump ultimately tapped in to was the fact that, for straight white men, there really was no one else even PRETENDING to give a shit about us. The other side were openly saying they hated us.

That was the appeal, tbh. As white guys, we see the kind of pandering the Dems and libs do to minorities and think 'man if I was black/native/whatever' I'd actually be offended by that.

But what I realized with Trump was it's nice to have someone at least give enough of a shit to pretend to care. I guess that's why the Dems appeal to black people, for example: If the choice is someone pretending to give a shit about you or someone who's openly hostile to you, it's not really much of a choice.
