As I noted and you ignored, a substantial part of US military support for Israel comes via credits and grants ahead of purchases. Israel also benefits from being able to use those credits on domestic purchases, which other countries tend to be banned from doing.
There's no way to credibly argue that Israel does not receive more favorable military aid terms than nearly any other US ally.
