Again, I could be wrong - it is a fight. I'm hyped! If Hazmat really is what he MIGHT be Izzy should be watching his fights. That's 1 punch KO power, allegedly solid boxing, phenomenal grappling, and size and strength. And skill. If Hazmat is the real deal Izzy might be in trouble there.

I kind of expect him to adjust after round 1 and outclass Costa.

Agreed. I think Costa might take the first, MAYBE even second, but it is all downhill from there and is Izzy's fight in general.
