Bruce Lee was athletic like a freak. The real deal. That takes years of dedication. And taking your time to build your body right.
The guys putting on muscle fast, aren't able to do what these guys can do. There joints and connective tissue aren't adapted like Bruce Lee and other true athletes.
Indeed the real deal. Bruce was tuned in. He knew how to control his flow of energy to a great degree - he was a master at governing the electrical impulses that we use to move our vehicles. One can become much more lethal by focusing on developing their ability to transfer the energy they generate with their mind/body.
Most guys just go through the motions, attempting to throw a good technical punch, while neglecting the intricacies of energy transfer and their electrical charging capacity.
You could just tell by watching him that he was adept at activating his flow state. Dude was the man.
Getting brolik might make you look tougher to some people, but developing yourself like Bruce did will make you much more dangerous in actuality.
