Is Zac Efron on steroids?

Considering hes rich, and doesnt have to work a standard job, him going to the gym from 8-12. Resting in the afternoon and going back from 5-8, 5 days a week, on top of a diet. Yeah, thats likely natural. Why do you think pro fighters who consistently pass drug tests have the same physique?? All they do is excercise all day, weather its weight lifting or sparring/training, its all exercise and work outs.

If this isn’t a troll post let me assure you the law of diminishing returns applies to training time when it comes to muscle gain. At some point (usually at around 1.5 hours of hard training for a natural) adding in more hours training per day doesn’t result in greater muscle mass.

I mean I trained during lockdown in my home gym, with nothing to do but eat sleep and train I made gains faster than I have since a newbie and broke through into a new natural peak (which included my bench going from 275 to 336 over a couple months of lockdown). Even so I didn’t gain even 10 pounds of muscle, certainly not the 20 pounds of roid weight Hollywood actors get from jumping on cycle.

Theres no way this can be natural

He admitted recently that when he was filming Baywatch he was on diuretics and lasix.

Which explains the extremely peeled look. Not sure about the mass but he weighed like 155 at the time so he probably wasn't on androgynous hormones.

These recent pics though, he looks like he's blown up a bit more and even looks like he's got palumboism. So he may even be in hgh now.

Mac was 155lbs here at the same height on Always Sunny, he was on TRT though, you don't think Efron was on anything but diuretics?
