Is Zac Efron on steroids?

Not reading the whole thread, but I trust at least one poster said something like-"that's totally attainable naturally. I could easily get those same results in a few weeks with proper diet plus cardio."
I think the standard line from Hollywood is "chicken and broccoli".

Nah. Personal trainer. Personal chef and time. I am sure he takes some high end supps though.

That's Zac's body in 2016, what does he look like now?

Guy has great genetics. But I guarantee he did a quick cycle for this look. He doesn’t always look like this. Traps are a give away as are abs. People have to understand that they all do it for roles like this....Except The Rock, he is on a constant cycle....

People in this thread are making the mistake of applying their regular person standards to these guys.

A person with the best personal trainers / nutritionists / personal chefs that Disney's money can buy at their beck and call for a year, is going to get different results in a different amount of time than a regular gym rat who also needs to keep their day job.
Yes but your theory goes both ways.

If they can easily access these high-end amenties (trainers, nutritionist, person chefs) then you can bet your ass they can go to one of the 15 anti aging clinics in there city and instantly get on HGH and TRT with literally no effort.

Hell after the first visit you can even pay a small fee and they'll even ship it to your door.

Oh and Keto...need Keto for sure.

"did a good job," he said of Madame Tussauds's replica. But then he added, "It’s a little bigger than me. That’s too big and don’t try—and for guys, that’s unrealistic, I’m telling you. Like, I got very big and buff for that movie but yeah, I don’t want people to think that’s the best way to be. Like, be your size. It’s not—like, I don’t want to glamorize this."

I think he's alluding to steroid use, if it were naturally achieved I assume he would say it's hard work and leave it like that. Instead he shows he has a conscience and tries to undo some of the harm he's perpetrated on people's body image. Fair play to him.

Quite a bit smaller, still cut.

Notice the 30g of casein protein before bed at meal 7. To keep that slow release protein going over night. His body is seemingly never not processing protein.

Incredible drive to want to eat fish several times a day.

Dude has great genetics and is young.
I know guys who were similarly built and didn't juice. He's been ripped like this for a couple of years -looks like he put some more size on. Probably did a power lifter routine for a bunch of months and dehydrated for this role.

no homo

I mean, yeah, and maybe.

But............

It really looks like he's geared up and I hope that if he is he has a wise MD managing his gear box which visibly looks like it includes T and HCG in the shots in the OP.

Diet is on point. Now folks would love to hear his "gear" regimen. Folks will never forget he went a few films off the sauce....

Don't get me wrong. Not judging. He's a good guy, and a favorite actor of mine.

Yeh I dont care if Zack and him do gear. It's their own choice. They're not cheating for a fight or something.

IMO there's a similarity between why they do this and movie stars get face lifts, cosmetic surgery. Its maintaining the #1 tool of their craft. Their appearance.

Don't envy them later in life, but more power to them.

He def juiced. I can’t tell if i was being facetious or not in that post.

He's very small tho, its not that hard to look big if you're that height. But yeah he's probably on roids, just like most actors

There's a specific look that HCG generates, the OP pics are like a textbook example of it.

His digestive system must have issues.
