So I see this USFL youth MMA event for kids at Roufussport. I send an email to see if my kid can join in. My kid is sent a bout agreement (crazy). First time he’s signed a bout agreement - here is his 2018 highlight video:
If he does well on this USFL youth MMA fight he can go to nationals in California.
If he wins there it’s off to Rome for youth MMA worlds.
The question for Sherdog: Is this the new path for kids/future MMA fighters?
Look at the youngins that grew up doing the USFL stuff:
Brian Ortega
Aaron Pico
Joseph Morales
Check out the rule system. Pretty legit.. no head trauma, take the best rules from wrestling/BJJ and leave out the bullshit. Much better than the head trama beat downs in Boxing, kickboxing, karate/MMA events Rhonin competes in.
Is this the future???
