Is Poatan UFC run the best run ever ?

I figured out why you hate Jon Jones now. Because your username is pride never dies, but Jones made some pride legends die. Am i right?

Yeah it's not the ruining of many UFC PPV events, the constant steroid infractions, or the fact casuals like you troll using his likeliness, it's because he beat a few fan favorite fighters. You started watching MMA like less than a year ago because you heard these 2 fighters had the same generic last name of yours. Just go back to shit posting memes

You have to think though that he's sort of lucky LHW had so many former champs sitting around to matchup with. Someone like Aspinall might not even have a chance to beat a former champ if all of them retire. It's sort of luck of draw to have that opportunity.
LHW has been the most volatile division since Jones and DC left. The fact that Jan, Jiri, Glover and Hill were all champs in that short period speaks to it. Not throwing shade but LHW isn't what it used to be.

Exactly. There is an element for being the right guy at the right time. Credit to Pereira, but he's lucky to have an opportunity to get the fights with champs and most people ignore opportunity.

He's had favourable matches though. Everybody tries to strike him even though they are clearly not on his level. He luckily hasn't had to fight a well rounded mix martial artist or a decent wrestler yet.
lol Sherdoggers before the fight - "This is a horrible match for Poatan. He's getting KO'd"
sherdoggers after - "This was clearly a favorable match for Poatan"

We will never ever get to see what would have happened if Jones didn't have a roid infused chin. The amount of gigantic bombs that fighters would land on him that would knock out anyone on earth, that Jones just shrugged and walked through. Also, consider the insane robberies that were gifted to him in the Gus 1, Santos and Reyes fights.

Jones is a roid cheat that would've been knocked out 3 or 4 times at this point in his career, without the roids.

If he fucks around and puts away Aspinall for a 3rd belt then holy fucking geezus combat athlete goat

Goatan bless

Alex is a hall of famer now. I don’t think he has the longevity to be considered as an all time great. Honestly the 205 division is kinda shit and I think Magomed can win if he just wrestles.

I think defending the belt in your own division should count for more?

If you think about somebody like Anderson who also had championship fights early on, but didn't lose it.

Timing and favorable match making.

Silva was never the best middleweight when Weidman was established, it was just a matter of how long could he avoid fighting him. FFS Chael Sonnen beat the shit out of him for 4 and a half rounds. There was no point in time Silva could fight and beat top light heavyweights either. Forrest was a hand picked fight, coming off a big KO loss.

Jan would have taken Silva down and murdered him on the ground.

Alex is a different thing and a legit anomaly in MMA overall.

Haha cus sherdoggers are all the same person and have exactly the same opinions.

All different people and views can all be narrowed down to the term sherdogger.

And that doesn't apply to you because you do not have a sherdog account do you? So you are therefore not sherdogger.

This. Silva's 8 fight run is winning the title in his second fight and defending it 6 times. That's better than losing a title and getting one defense.

I think he's done more during his 2+ year run than anyone else ever has over such a short time to start their UFC career.

It was like that before Jones as well.
