Complain all you want about pawning, his outstretched fingers, it being near the eye, etc... But no actual poke happened. And the action of the fight was never stopped by the ref or more importantly the fighter, like Gus did. Rampage attempted to complain about his fingers being outstretched, just like he complained and looked at the ref for help about being kicked in the knee.
No. The knee kicks are legal, and until someone's career is ended by them then I don't see the big deal.

Wait, so you're saying its okay to constantly stick your fingers IN FRONT of your opponents eyes, as long as it doesn't actually poke? You do realize their opponent is completely unable to do anything about it because if they try to move they'll get poked in the eyes
