This thread would make more sense if your argument was I wish the ufc didn’t waste dolidze fights in an empty warehouse and instead put him on weaker ppvs like 297.

It’s a fine main event for an apex fight but sucks we have to deal with some weak ppvs so that we can have weekly warehouse bum fights
 
Not even the worst main event of the month lol. That said all is forgiven if 298 stays in tact
 
I would say 75% of WMMA main events are considerably worse.

So we are getting a main event featured by a couple of barely even top15 contenders in an already rather shallow division....

I think this is, at least in terms of wordlwide standing, one of the very worst main events in UFC that I can recall, which will be soon surpassed by Hermansson vs Pyfer, another event featured by not even top15 talent at the time of the fight, which clearly indicates the trend UFC is taking

It was "Nassourdine Imavov" who brought Sean Strickland close to a fight for the belt. Dolidze first had to meet Cannonier, who started the fight. Cannonier is in position #4. As for Dolidze, I posted his videos. No one has shut him down, and if he even loses, it is in close fights, by decision. The logic of the author of the topic that this is a bad fight is absolutely illogical. Maybe he just doesn't know something. Those who undermine Dolidze's forces, give me 1 battle where he was completely oppressed, and then let's talk. Sean Strickland, if Nassourdine Imavov has the right to be considered the main contender after his defeat, why doesn't Dolidze have the right? UFC sees Dolidze's potential and that's why they gave him to Branson, Cannonier... and other fighters.
