many, if not most, of those are civil wars of intranational nature. as far as atrocities committed on others by a foreign military, the US takes the cake by far.

After all 2023 was the deadliest year for Palestinians since the end of the 2nd Intifada even before Oct 7th and 2022 was the 2nd deadliest and during this war illegal outposts have been legalized and we've seen mobs form to attack Palestinians.
