My favorite is on my stomach but with my head turned facing left to watch tv. But i can no longer do that because my neck is jacked and i wake up with pinched nerves and stiff neck muscles that is extremley painful to move my neck.

I'm a versatile sleeper except sleeping on my back. Lately though I've been having sciatica nerve pain from my right hip/butt area all down my leg. I've only been able to sleep on my side in one way the past month.
