News I'm watching the Johnny Depp defamation case

I feel like prove isn’t the right word to use for this trial because neither side can conclusively prove anything. There is no police report or court ruling previous that would unequivocally show that abuse happened either way. It’s going to be a matter of opinion for the jury to sort out. There’s nothing that Amber heard can introduce as evidence that would make the judge make a directed verdict. At the end of the day it’s just her word against his and who is more believable.

The only concrete evidence is the audio in which we can all hear Ambers craziness.

Like I said before, its like these two were destined for each other. Depp with his addictions and odd behaviour, Amber with her insanity. Hollyweird at it's finest.

He basically confirmed he hit her on the plane through texts. You’d have to pull some mental gymnastics to say he’s innocent in that regard.

Now, I think that’s different than being an abuser, it sounded like a blacked out drunken rage, and she’s most definitely a monster that I don’t view as a victim but that doesn’t absolve him of everything.

This was 100% a toxic relationship that both these idiots should have abandoned the first chance they got.

Heard just testified she got hit and TOOK PICTURES. Then her team DOESN'T introduce pictures into evidence. The reason - her team refused to give up her phone for text and picture evidence. Now there is still an ongoing sanction for her phone records.

Where are the pics? Probably none. She recorded all this audio and video of Depp secretly, yet no pics of any of all these supposed attacks?

Heard testified earlier that Depp punched her in the face with rings on his fingers, then introduces a picture of the back of her arm. WTF

Heard testified Depp physically attacked her on a plane with all these witnesses including grabbing the airline stewardess roughly- yet no witnesses nor record of the airline employee.

She claims she got sexually penetrated with a bottle yet no ER?

Depp and his assistant both acknowledged the validity of them and said it was to placate Amber but didn’t admit to any physical contact.

There’s also him admitting to Paul Bettany that he was in a blacked out rage on the flight.

Far too many things point to him having done something to her on that flight. She doesn’t accuse him of much tbh, she said he slapped her face lightly enough to not hurt, just embarrass her and that when she got up to leave he kicked her in the back and she fell over. Again, no insane accusations, no talk of bruising, being bloodied, nothing.

But to you it’s completely implausible. Gotcha.
