Ironic that your entire basis is based on feelings and anecdotal nonsense.
Diaz brothers aren’t vegans. They are pescatarian, which is one of the best diets you can have.Yes, they are hard core raw vegans.
I found between plant based and light fasting my energy level is good. One just has to just try it, to find out, how it affects them. I trust in what my body tells me or I will listen to what others tell me. All I know is that when I do it I get great results for energy level.
I also found, from what others have told me, that they get bad results from plant based diet. Many stories about long, mid, and short term problems with the plant diet. Especially the long term diet problems.
I like to follow how I feel and play with it. See what works and does not work. But, Science is there for a reason too. I guess it all depends who or what you trust. But, I recommend following how your body feels first.
If you start getting tired, upset, or just not the same as when you first started your diet when you felt good maybe the affect was more of a fasting feel. I would make sure your levels of energy stay in the right spot because I hear so many times people starting off good then falling off the cliff like they wanted to hold on then finally let go. Just tweak it here and there so you can maintain something that works for you.

Fasting is a great thing for your body, veganism isn’t. If you do it for moral and environmental reasons, I respect that, but it’s still bad for your body in long term.
That’s retarded. I’m a meat eater but animals feel and are sentient individuals. Farming should be ethical are you should always be grateful to the lives lost to nourish you, just like our ancestors were.nothing atrocious about killing animals, we are only here because our ancestors weren't all a bunch of vegans. I've killed dozens of chickens and I felt nothing much like they didn't feel anything when they ate insects
The digestive issues with veganism comes from lack of B vitamins and animal fat, you cant really get the B 12 and B vitamins thatn help your intestines and bowels.

Thanks for the kind words! Appreciate that... I guess I deem it a positive cause, If one person learns something new then i'm happy(Myself included!)..I have no idea why you are continuing to entertain this guys childish arguments about how you should be castrating lions to prevent massacres in the wild and donating to african children. You have the patience of a saint to continue giving thought out, rational, polite answers!
It's really weird how some people make being anti vegan part of their personality and something they feel the need to argue with. Why do people care so much if you dont eat meat? Is it going back to the brain dead 'eating meat makes you tough and a real man' bollocks that the meat industry has advertised for years?
For me I totally get people in remote areas hunting their dinner, that makes complete sense to me and seems like not a bad way for an animal to go. If you live in an urban area with plenty of access to shops and your eating mass farmed meat from animals raised in appalling conditions you should really have a think about what you are doing.

With all due respect, but a proper vegan diet is extremely healthy.Fasting is a great thing for your body, veganism isn’t. If you do it for moral and environmental reasons, I respect that, but it’s still bad for your body in long term.
That is true and it was the result of a severe omega-3 fatty acid deficiency - but she was wrong when she attributed that to the vegan diet, because you can absolutely get these nutrients from vegan foods. To be fair to him Miley Cyrus was having issues with brain fog...
He right though
Tell me 10 athletes amongst millions of vegan athletes that look and perform like the pinnacle omnivores do
With that said, hespekt to vegans who don't shove it down others throats, and does it for humane/personal reasons
That being said, it is important to eat a BALANCED diet. The problem is many simple-minded meateaters don't put enough vegetables and grains through their systems.
What? There are plenty of plants that evolved to not be consumed/feel pain etc. Is this a joke? They are the best and most morally okay source of nutrition, they don't have nervous systems and haven't been proven to feel pain, this is also backed by the fact they haven't evolved to defend from pain.. But if you are going to go down that route, then more plants are "murdered" to feed Animals in factory farming than humans anyway.
What question? I agree animals in the wild suffering and being torn apart is a bad thing, how to solve this? fuck knows condoms?
No that's non sense. Plants can't feel pain (and neither can most invertebrate) , they have at best some chemical pathways to signal stress or damage. What? There are plenty of plants that evolved to not be consumed/feel pain etc. Is this a joke?
Sorry I should have elaborated, of course plant defense exist.. chemically and hormonally they have indeed adapted, however it is seemingly still a hypothesised phenomenon that still doesn't indicate a brain or nervous system, or justify eating animals, more so just a reaction.. fascinating field though! Interested to learn more. What? There are plenty of plants that evolved to not be consumed/feel pain etc. Is this a joke?
I heard b12 supplements are not very absorb you need a injection. All you have to do is take a b12 supplement once a week and you are good; or, duckweed is a plant source of b12. All other B vitamins are easily found in a plant based diet. If anything, you will have better bowel movements because of your increased fiber intake.
