Ido talking about not training with vegans

I don’t need meat...... takes supplements that derive from meat.... what a bunch of morons.
It derives from Bacteria, not meat... That's where the animals get it, unless they are also taking supplements.

That is true and it was the result of a severe omega-3 fatty acid deficiency - but she was wrong when she attributed that to the vegan diet, because you can absolutely get these nutrients from vegan foods.

As a vegan, i must say it's pretty shitty that she (probably unintentionally) implied things that aren't true about that diet just because of her ignorance in terms of nutritional needs, because since she's so popular, it led to a lot of people saying that being vegan inevitably leads to deficiencies, which of course isn't true.
I haven't really followed her story that much but did she actually produce test results or did she just want a way out? She lives a fast, stressful life and (not judging, talking strictly from a health perspective) has done a shit load of drugs and partying; at the height of my work-life balance struggle and substance use, I also could've said, "Oh no, my brain sure is foggy!"

I have stated a similar thing for years. Think about people who depend on their bodies. Look at people who have millions of dollars on the line (pro athletes), very high honor and lucrative sponsorships on the line (Olympic and national team amateur athletes), or elite military (special forces, etc.) who have their lives, their teammates lives, and their missions on the line.

Is the percentage of vegans/vegetarians high or low? Just answer the question.
This premise starts to fall apart when you ask yourself that question with regards to the pool of vegans to draw on in the first place. The lack of vegans in any place can't necessarily be attributed to them being vegans, especially considering non-performance issues people don't go/stay vegan. There are vegan Olympians, military personnel, firefighters, and the like though.

Gonna keep posting this. Even shaolin monks dont like the idea of vegans.

Wait, so his argument against veganism is that if enough people don't take the plate of meat there won't be any meat to replace it, but you shouldn't decline to take it because it doesn't matter to all the dead animals already on plates, even though it potentially could make a difference to the billions of animals who will end up on them in the future? Oooooookay.

I wonder if these kids have every considered looking at actual scientific studies before regurgitating their personal opinions on everyone.

Gee, that one carnivore presented his 6 pack as evidence... as if you can't achieve a 6 pack without eating meat. Teh fook are you people even doing in here looking at this dumb shit for? Oh yeah, I'm one of you... & personally I got lured in by clickbait bullshit based on a couple of kid's personal opinions. I'll give more validity to Edo, but I don't know what's going on with him.

Anywayz... I don't give a fook but I don't like people presenting mis-information as fact without presenting actual scientific studies that back up their claims. If there were any, how fooking hard would it be to just add that into this bunch of bullshit?

I backed up my stuff.
Who showed his six-pack from these people though? Because i know i posted a picture of me to show that i'm healthy and fit, but i'm not a meat eater...

I think she got tests done, but i'd have to look it up again to be sure that my memory doesn't fool me.

As for her lifestyle: even if she didn't have that not so healthy lifestyle (talking about living like a rockstar, obviously) the fact that she had a deficiency is not due to being vegan, but due to not eating something which your body does require, that thing being omega-3 fatty acids, like previously mentioned.

Anyone want any sources from me I'll happily provide them if you ask, funnily enough no one has.. I guess I take for granted that some people don't know plants don't have brains.

Then they were trespassing on private property...
Are you against private property?
Are you a communist?
It doesn't really matter in the context of his argument, as even without the farm animals that are killed, the harvesting of plants to feed far animals already kills multiple times the amount of animals that'd be killed if we as humans would use the farmlands to feed us directly.

I am an open minded guy and have much #hespect for everyone who is doing this shitty vegan diet bc of ethical reasons. I am kinda hypocrite in this case. I stopped to eat chicken five years ago bc of ethical / moral reasons but still eat a lot of meat (but no chicken). I am buying my meat / milk / eggs not in the Market. I found a good ol' rural German farmer. A little bit more expensive but at least the animals are treated well.

100% against industrial mass animal farming. 100% animal welfarist (but ony talk the talk not walk the walk).

If you dont get the point, then you dont get the point.
