Witnesses are saying that ICE tried grabbing her door handle and she tried pulling away and they shot her through the glass.

Watching the video, it looks like she may not have even seen the guy in front of her vehicle. Especially if she was more focused on the other guy trying to open her door, and was in a panic.

A car veering into an armed LEO does. It should be important if she was struck from behind by the bullet. If she were struck in the front, it's a valid shot... IMO (I'm not an expert, but it seems like common sense). I would agree that if she were driving away... firing at that point is bullshit.

Hard to say for sure but that was my first thought on watching it too. Her attention was to the left on the guys charging her and I doubt she was even saw the other guy when she hit the gas. It all seemed to happen pretty quickly. Do we know why they were charging her car?
