Expedited removal is a process by which low-level immigration officers can summarily remove certain noncitizens from the United States without a hearing before an immigration judge.

Basically if you came illegally within 2 years and you get caught within 100 miles from the border, a lower level immigration official (not a judge) can make the decision to deport you. You get a credible fear interview where you get a chance to demonstrate you have a credible fear of returning home. That's the extent of the "due process" you legally get.

The only difference between Trump and Obama is that he expanded it so the "caught 100 miles from the border" limitation is gone. Now they're just using expedited removal for any illegal migrant (anywhere in the country) who came within the last two years. I have zero problem with this.
