I'd say generally latinos have voted fairly conservatively in the US. It wasn't until the 90's they drifted a bit left and I think the last election many latinos voted republican.

“There was no call, not even a voicemail,” Newsom wrote.

“Americans should be alarmed that a President deploying Marines onto our streets doesn’t even know who he’s talking to,” he added.




Unsurprisingly, Trump did not take kindly to having his integrity questioned by arguably the nation’s worst and most dishonest governor. He contacted Fox News’s John Roberts and revealed details of his conversation with Newsom.

Roberts proceeded to relay Trump’s message in a tweet.

“President Trump just contacted me from Air Force 1 to say this:”First call was not picked up. Second call, Gavin picked up, we spoke for 16 minutes. I told him to, essentially, “get his ass in gear,” and stop the Riots, which were out of control,” Roberts wrote.

“More than anything else, this shows what a liar he is – Said I never called. Here is the evidence.”




Roberts then shared the call log, proving Trump and Newsom had made contact. Remember, Newsom said he never spoke to Trump at all, so this proves that the California governor is the real liar.

the problem is, which is what i tell my east Indian immigrant buddy, someone needs these people. Someone benefits off of these people and usually many of those people are more powerful and rich than the rest of us. The farmers that benefit off of the illegal labor, the service industry, the hotel industry, they are saying all those would shutdown without illegals. Without them, no one would do the jobs for the pay or maybe even could do the backbreaking jobs.

If we need them that bad and they need us that bad, there needs to be some sort of coming together. Personally, if I was Mexican and some place didn't want me I'd say fuck you to them and leave but for whatever reason, these people act desperate that they come across as having no self respect. Known many of them though, ones i know don't bother anyone, help the richer families I know and have even helped me many times because unfortunately, I've never been very advanced in terms of gigs. which is why it might be so easy to mistake me as mexican, the jobs I generally do are earmarked for foreigners, which as a marginalized native american, I pretty much was to begin with no matter what the paperwork says.
