To be fair the poll in the tweet is about the National Guard while yours is about the Marines. The NG operating on American soil is an escalation but not unheard of while deploying the Marines on US soil has much less precedent.

I think we are about to see some long prison sentences for rioters. The DOJ is no longer going to tolerate attacks on LEOs during riots. They are going to go out of their way to ID offenders... maybe not as bad as January 6 and the use of banks, but with forensic ID work on the offenders.
