Had to guesstimate revs.
Don't know how to keep hr up between 150-160 without standing on the thing

Yeah, somewhat on the miles.

I decided I wanted 10-12 at 147.5 as I'd done 7's @ 175, but got to 12 and thought I could keep going, and 20 is a nice round number
 
Still not trained since last Sunday.
Spent last week in leave (was going to try and do my 1s but didn't have facilities).
Back Friday after 9 hour drive, felt awful. Shivers and high temp.
took duty Saturday. Felt worse. Pissed blood in evening. Worse Sunday. Went to Dr this morning and urine sample sent off. Antibiotics to try and help in mean time.
Looking at maybe kidney infection.

So no training this week either. Will have to restart this training cycle over again god damn it

Hello mate,

Yeah much better. Still a few more days of antibiotics but doesn't hurt like fuck trying to piss.

The training schedule is so so. Work eats up a lot of time and then the outside office hours revising and retaining system knowledge. Use it or lose it unfortunately; and my memory is like a sieve.
Still, going to go squatting tomorrow now I'm back from da der london for 5's and dling saturday/sunday with cv in between.
