Then tried some singles
175
190
200

Needless to say, the 165s took it out of me. I reckon I could get 220 with a less taxing warm up.
Oh well, maybe in a few months/cycles I'll be at 190s for the single and can reach a bit more then.

10 @ 70 for a cool down

Felt like I had another 1 or 2 reps, but as no one around and thats a PB just racked it

20@60 as a cool down/work capacity add on

edit- Does anyone know how to do a data dump from a training log?

This is version 2 because my old one was deleted due to being over 3 years old.
I appreciate this is unlikely to happen now the server has been upgraded, but it might mean it just gets deleted after 10 years....which will annoy me even more (that said, the first training log was from before I started training right through to when I got the gold in thailand in 2006, so that was really quite annoying as well).

I read several pages and didnt see any Muay Thai, sup wit dat?

I've got no time for MT anymore I'm afraid.

But I'm not going to change the title of the log as that is what it started as.

Try reading a few more pages and you'll see how things have changed in the last 7 years.

15@160- First 7 flew up, then it was a real grind. 11 and 12 were pretty mich singles, 13 and 14 were more like it, 15 had a bit of a reset post 14. All in all probably took 2 minutes (guess)
Bumped it up to 180 and did a triple

3 sets of 10 KB swing per arm @ 20kg

26/12/2014

[email protected] This should have been 107.5, but math fail as the 2 initial plates for the 70 were 25's
[email protected] Should have been 115 but due to the last, left it

Side notes; I miscalcuated again but spotted it before hand. Due to the 25's, I loaded up 160, realised, picked the weight up, racked it, amended and unracked and did the 12.
Had quite a bit left in the tank as should do, but wanted a easier DL session as will be doing 1's on Friday
