Had tuesday and wednesday off work because of illness, but went training wednesday night.
2 hour thai session, 4 rounds shadow boxing, 2 rounds back to back, 1, 2, 3 kicks for 3 sides then grab knees. Break was 1 min teeps then into workhorse round with power shots. At the end 10, 7, 5, 3, 2, 1 kicks.
Did 1 round of boxing at some point because I was fucked but thought I need to do more work.
Held a lot and then held for 5 rounds for dan.
Last bit was 5 rounds, 1st was boxing and elbows, next was adding in the knees, next was lung buster, then full technique with blocks in there as well because I'm a bastard and did the same to dan, last was power shots.
At the end was 10 kicks each side, except for the 1st which was 50 straight punches
I finished it all, but god lord I felt fucked and my volume was pants.
