Cardio

Took some ec to wake up, then some coffee and coca extract

Fast run

God my lungs ached after about 3 minutes and aftr about 10 I had to stop to catch my breath.

Its cold here but god damn my lungs must be the size of hamsters.

I need to start swimming a bit I think. Fuck my allegy for a bit


Got home and did press ups and legs raises (not many)

Black coffee, some bcaa (about 12g), some whey (about 10g), some caffeine and 25 mg ephy.

Ran to parking lot
7 15-20s sprints with walking the distance back


Felt ok until about 5 then the lactic kicked in and the lungs were starting to think 'wtf are you doing to me'. Maybe its the cold doing my lungs in.


I need to start my swimming again

I've been taking caffeine in the mornings and about 1-2pm, but other then that don't touch the stuff (tea doesn't count :P)

10 min rowing
4 sets of 200 m sprints, 2 min 30 rest (as in just sitting there being lazy)

Went to go for a swim but the pool was closed for club training, so went home, got changed and went for a fast ish run. Didn't feel bad at all. Lungs are getting back to being decent again


When I got back I did press ups and lying leg raises

3 sets of 8 with just bw. The last sets was more of a 4 and 4

Saxon side bends
10, 14 8 reps
18 for 5 reps

3 sets of 10 hanging leg raise

Ran home


pm- thai boxing

3 rounds was not easy....legs are arms left heavy and slow

Ran to car park

8 sprints with jogging between

My left knee started to compain but feels ok now


Finished off with some leg raises when I got home. Was going to do some press ups but my shoulders are very sore

On a side note- I was having a shower afterwards and got a nose bleed. I have a headache....I'm going to carry on regardless and see what happens

Did about 35 minutes of swimming.

At the end did some sprints

25m was 17.6s, 50 was 36 ish.

Terrible compared to my old times. But oh well


And I'm suffering now (alergies)

First, That is a lot of volume on Zercher deads. Second, you did GMs afterward? Your back must be made of steel (or iron, or something else quite strong...). Carry on.

I looked at your previous stuff before. I'm just surprised that you would do that much volume on those exercises. It has nothing to do with you not being able to do it. I just know my back feels rough when I do 5x5 deadlifts on Wednesday and do MT the next day. I was complimenting your commitment to strength more than anything. Keep it up.

Sorry, it just sounded like you were making a retarded statement.


I've done 120kg on GM for 6 (or 8, I forget) reps before and I have pb'd at 132.5 for 5 cycling up on zdl and negatives on 180, so my body is used to the punishment.


As you can see I'm stepping it up slowly, hence the higher volume and noticable lack of MT at present
