I worked out although this was my 13th fight (and I thought before i went in 'huh, 13...unlucky for some'), this was actually just my 9th pro. I'm not counting the am I had in this country and the 3 I had last year at the world championships.
I will wait like you guys for the vid. It went out on the main russian sports channel (because my team mate went for a intercontinental belt, lost due to a cut...toes nails man...). Funny thing, at the show and press conference, aljerzera (sp?) news were there.
Not sure about when I'm fighting again, I need to let things heal and sort out this new job. I'm going to have some down time from training for a month-6 weeks now for sure (3 month probabtion at new job from mid may). I was supposed to go for a british title on the 28th, but dubai clashed. I'm not that injured, just a bit dis heartened at the mo. Need a bit of fire back.
This was my first real 5*3 min round, I had one in thailand 2 years ago when I was just starting (4th fight, 3rd pro), but that ended by tko in the 3rd (the power of the lower kick-I won against a boxer), so it was a new experience for me.
Apparently I looked clean, tidy (had a few thai businessmen come up to me, this was a show at La Meridian hotel, about 20 tables, each seating 5 people, each seat was $600) and proffessional (being that I took my time to work out his strengths (HANDS) and weaknesses).
I found out during the press conference that my guy has additional stuff put into the contract lately because last war on the shore he threw his opponent out of the ring (caught a kick and over the top rope, about 5 ft off the ground), then he showed him the finger and told him fuck you (businessmen etc apparently don't want to hear bad language, so the update to the contract)
edit-what I'll do when I get time (got in 5 hours ago, 4 hour sleep in 36 hour period so far, another 12 to go) is upload some pics that i took on my camera
edit- because they were posted on a fight forum earlier today
