I had to stay in bed. My body feels ok sore wise. Shoulders not happy, but ok other then that.
But just drained. So I may take today off as a whole and go down and get some sparring in tomorrow
 
Ian I know you were thinking about coming to Australia in the past. If you do, then stay right the fuck away from a town called "beaudesert". Which is where I live. Biggest hole ever.
 
Thanks, yeh I think I'll get the protein you listed seems to be pretty cheap. I'll start off with just the protein and get used to taking that regularly then I'll add in the ZMA and see how that goes too.

Does it dissolve well with water/squash? Reason I ask is I bought this weight gainer powder ages ago and it was awful. It tastes like crap and doesnt dissolve well, very lumpy. So Im a bit wary of supplements after buying that, but I dont have experience with protein powders so I want to make sure I get the right one.

Ok Ive ordered 2kg of the Protein, I like the idea of mixing it in with the coffee, so you think 15g every morning with coffee and another 30g serving at some point during the day/post workout?

Nope, no joke.

MikeMartial mentioned he drinks a coffee/whey mix in the morning before training when he can't get any breakfast.
So I got myself some ground coffee, a perculator and some chocolate whey.
Half the cup of coffee, add the whey, mix it in, add the rest of the coffee and your laughing.
Add some cocoa power maybe it you want it to be stronger and/or cinnamon (its disturbingly addictive too).

I do the coffee thing if I don't get breakfast and train. A bit of stimulant to wake you up and the whey to help stop the body using muscle for energy (although at the moment I think I could do with losing some of this excess muscle I have on me- fucking eggs are too good for you).


If you want something during the day, some whey and peanut butter (add some oats if you want some carbs and calories) is good with milk, but so is casin or cottege cheese.
Post wo, yeah, whey and some carbs (like maltodextrin)

Well in the end I felt lazy and had to train

Cardio
Fast run to the back road (About 15 minutes hard run)
5 intervals with jog back. Longer distance

Jogged home

Cardio- I was going to have the day off or just spar, but I read the POC requirements so thought I'll train through to wednesday

Run to gym short route

Chin ups- 10, 9, 8, 6, 4 (did the 6, short break to get 10, rest were about 1 min 30 for rest)

Went outside to back road
Jog up, jog down.
30 burpees. All without push up and jump
Jog 2 laps
30 burpees, 5 without the jump, 5 with *3
Jog 2 laps
30 burpees, 10 with jump, 10 without, 10 with

Ran home- I found out I need to do 50 burpees in 2 minutes as part of the fitness stuff. I'm hoping they're the ones without the jump.
If they're not I can do them, but they won't be fun

Then just to make sure I could, 46 min run. No idea how long it was. A 6 min 30 mile pace wasn't be a surprise, but even if it was a 7 min mile pace thats over 6 miles comfortably

7 fast sprints the longer distance, with jog back to starting position.
The last one was 40s and 44ms

I like the cold and I've run whens its been much colder then that.

I was only wearing shorts and a jumper :icon_chee
The sun wasn't fully up when I started (then again it was 7.15)
