Had to have this morning which will spill over to tonight because I feel fucked and hopefully won't be having another day till sunday if I'm luck off.

I know what happens when I feel like this, I end up taking ages off so got to nip it in the budd now.

Going to try and be in bed by 9 pm and sleep



edit- I ended up doing 8k row at level 10 on the rowing machine.

3 rounds shadow boxing

Hit pads for 4 rounds.
First was 10 kicks both sides, then 7, then 5, with 3 sets of 10 punches, then 10 grab knees at the end of each set (so 10 kicks, 30 punches, 10 knees, then 7 kicks) then 3, 2, 1 kicks, with the same as above. Then back to 10 again. Got down to 2 the second time around. 10 at end
2nd was 10 kicks, 10 punches, 10 knees, 10 press ups, 7 kicks, 10 punches, 10 knees, 10 press ups, then 5 kicks, then 3, then 2, then 1 (with all the knees and press ups as before after each kick). 10 press ups at end
3rd was jab, right upper cut, left hook, right hand right mid kick left hook right mid kick for the round.
4th was hard shots, no more then 3.

I was fucked to be honest. I was sucking in air from round 2 and my legs and more importantly my hips were dead. I felt ok, just had nothing to give (as opposed to being unfit and not having anymore to give)

Held for lyndon. He was fucked from training 13:00-17:00, so did counter work

Held for anwar for 4 rounds


I cut the session short to get some rest so I could train friday morning for sprints
 
Sup mang, wanted to ask you about supplements because you seem to know. I dont currently take anything, everytime I buy something its either really insoluble and lumpy or tastes like shit - usually both.

What kind of stuff do you use? Im mostly looking for something to aid recovery, and maybe a protein powder. Things that dissolve well with water preferably so I can carry it around all day and can consume it easily.

I use them for protein powders and what not because for weighty items the shipping from the US is a ****.
They also do other things and for smaller quantities are ok, but really if you want something like beta alanine I'd go to the US 1fast400.com and just grin and bare the shipping and import tax

For recovery and lactic acid buffering beta alanine
Maybe for Pre wo- BCAA. Or just use some whey
For peri and post wo, maltodextrin/waxy maize starch (get them from myprotein as well) with some protein. The usual peri ratio is 4:1, carbs:protein.

Fish oil should be in your diet. My protein do bulk amounts. They do like 6000 for 120 quid, but that will last you YEARS (at most, 15 pills a day. Stick them in the freezer)
You can get a multi like adam from NOW or opti-men from Optimum Nutrition. They are both cheap and comparable. But they are more of a just in case. Fruit and veg are the winners here.

Creatine Ethyl Ester or monohydrate

There are lots of other things I've tried throughout the years, but to be honest I can't think of anything else worth getting

You could look up GABA because it helps you relax and its said to promote GH, but that stuffs neither here nor there. Plus you can't get it in the UK.

Cottege cheese
Milk protein concentrate
Some whey
Frozen spinach
3 egg yolks
Milk
Yoghurt
Berries
Maybe some powdered oats


Make about 1 1/2 litres, drink some at home, take a litre to work and sip on it throughout the day
