Sup mang, wanted to ask you about supplements because you seem to know. I dont currently take anything, everytime I buy something its either really insoluble and lumpy or tastes like shit - usually both.
What kind of stuff do you use? Im mostly looking for something to aid recovery, and maybe a protein powder. Things that dissolve well with water preferably so I can carry it around all day and can consume it easily.

I use them for protein powders and what not because for weighty items the shipping from the US is a ****.
They also do other things and for smaller quantities are ok, but really if you want something like beta alanine I'd go to the US 1fast400.com and just grin and bare the shipping and import tax

For peri and post wo, maltodextrin/waxy maize starch (get them from myprotein as well) with some protein. The usual peri ratio is 4:1, carbsrotein.
Fish oil should be in your diet. My protein do bulk amounts. They do like 6000 for 120 quid, but that will last you YEARS (at most, 15 pills a day. Stick them in the freezer)
You can get a multi like adam from NOW or opti-men from Optimum Nutrition. They are both cheap and comparable. But they are more of a just in case. Fruit and veg are the winners here.
