He has a shot but it would help him if he had a little more stopping power in his fast, accurate hands. Khabib seems to have a very sturdy chin and he should be able to take a few straight punches to get his takedowns. Max has never had to deal with that level of grappling and wrestling. Rooting for Max here though.
